Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive with proven expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, a background in digital advertising, and a strong understanding of social media content and design workflows. The ideal candidate will have a sizable personal following on social platforms, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of building and nurturing engaged communities.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously, create performance-driven ad campaigns, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, publish and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor ad performance, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, engagement), and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and ad placements to maximize ROI.

Account & Community Management

  • Manage executive social media accounts with professionalism, consistency, and discretion.
  • Oversee multiple project accounts, ensuring tailored strategies for each.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and foster meaningful interactions.

Content & Design Collaboration

  • Copywrite content for social media and general body text like articles, find relevant groups, tags, influencers and create relevant posts.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives.
  • Use basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to edit or create graphics when required.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, social media trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • In-depth expertise in Meta advertising (Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager).
  • Experience in Google Ads, Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social medias' ad networks
  • Experience in In-Store ad networks - Microsoft Store, App Store & Play Store
  • Strong personal presence on social media with a sizable follower base.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for content adjustments.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok) and their ad managers.
  • Familiarity with scheduling/management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they tie into social media strategy.
